Dongmunheon Book Library

This is a secondhand book library located within Jeonju Hanok Village. It operates with the purpose of sharing and reexamining the value of used books. The library spans three floors, from the first basement level to the second floor. It houses over 4,000 books, offering access to a variety of genres. The basement floor features an interior reminiscent of a comic book café, where visitors can enjoy comic books and board games. The first and second floors are spaces designed for reading and using laptops. Visitors can also watch nostalgic old movies and animations from the past on DVD. The library provides an opportunity to explore historically significant materials, from bestsellers of different eras to books once banned. All spaces are free to use, making it an ideal place to visit with family, friends, or a partner.
