Dure Sikdang

Dure Sikdang is a local favorite restaurant located in Wangjeong-dong, Namwon-si, Jeollabuk-do. The restaurant has both floor seating and table seating. The signature dishes are stir-fried squid and pork bulgogi (jumeok), which can be ordered from two servings, and cheonggukjang (fermented soybean paste stew) is served as a complimentary side to complement the spicy flavors. Side dishes include silkworm pupae, seasoned bean sprouts, cabbage geotjeori (fresh kimchi), garlic pickles, and danmuji (pickled radish), and the fried rice at the end is also a delicacy. Parking is available, but due to the high number of visitors, be prepared to wait. Gwanghalluwon is located near the restaurant, making it a popular spot for tourists as well.
