Deungnamujip

Located in Sangdong-dong, Geoje, Deungnamujip is a Korean home-style restaurant near the Geoje Prisoner of War Camp Memorial Park and Geoje Monorail. Its main menu, the stir-fried octopus set meal, is popular for its chewy texture, made with only domestic ingredients. The side dishes change seasonally and are all prepared from scratch. From sweet anchovies and pan-fried pink sausage coated in egg to homemade young radish kimchi, godulbaegi kimchi, napa cabbage kimchi, seasoned cockles, butterbur seasoned with doenjang, salted seafood, and mustard leaf kimchi, the diverse offerings catch the eye. It is famous for its table-setting that fills the table so fully it seems the legs might bend. Parking is available right in front of the restaurant, making it convenient.
