Situated among residential areas, it offers a quiet and cozy atmosphere and is a sentimental hanok cafe. As a no-machine roastery cafe, you can enjoy coffee made using various brewing tools such as a brewer, hand drip, and moka pot. The signature brewing coffee menu includes Americano, Einspänner, and Caramel Tea Latte. A Q-grader directly handles the entire process from green bean purchase, hand-picking, roasting, to extraction, and only specialty coffee is sold. For desserts, a professional pastry chef is in charge of the entire production process of cakes and baked goods, using only selected ingredients. No artificial colors, preservatives, or emulsifiers are used, making them healthy desserts.
