Destination briefing
Why travelers stop here
Manhak, meaning 'a beautiful place with ten thousand valleys,' is located in a residential area near the Administrative Welfare Center of Seongsu 1-ga 2-dong, exit 5 of Seoul Forest Station on the Suin-Bundang Line, at 1st floor, 26-24 Seoul Forest 4-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. There is no separate parking lot. As it is in a complex urban center, using public transportation such as buses or subways is convenient. The exterior features tall plant pots lined up in front of large windows, giving an oriental feel, while the interior, though not spacious, has a cozy atmosphere with a bright white tone. Signature menu items include abalone mushroom pot rice, steak pot rice, as well as other dishes such as domebe (pork belly) set, shrimp and salmon pot rice, marinated beef tripe combination pot rice, eel pot rice, and truffle chili fries.
