Maemimyeonga is a kalguksu (noodle soup) specialty restaurant located near Maemiseong in Jangmok-myeon, Geoje-si, offering good accessibility. The clean interior has ample space between seats, allowing for a comfortable dining experience. The noodles at Maemimyeonga Maemiseong Main Branch are made in-house, combining the strengths of Jinju naengmyeon (cold noodles) and Busan milmyeon (wheat noodles), resulting in a chewy and springy texture. The signature menu item is Yukjeon Mulmilmyeon (sliced beef pancake wheat noodle soup), which features a broth made by boiling beef, native chickens, and various medicinal herbs, topped with generous garnishes such as yukjeon (sliced beef pancake) and egg garnish.
