Galnamhang Port

Heading north along National Route 7 for about 7.3 km from Imwon Port, where Surobuin Heonhwa Park is located, and passing Sinnam Port with Haesindang Park, you will encounter the quiet and cozy port of Galnamhang. Galnam Village is a small fishing village, but it was once considered one of the wealthiest villages in the area due to pollock fishing and seaweed harvesting, and in the 1970s it was a pioneer in the cultivation of marine products on the east coast. Thanks to its abundant seafood, numerous rocky shores, and clear waters, the number of tourists visiting from afar has been gradually increasing in recent years.
