Why travelers stop here
Mumok is a Korean fusion dessert café. With the subtitle 'A place of rest that flowed in without purpose,' it aims to provide relaxation and beauty to people enjoying various lifestyles. The café building is divided into three main spaces: the main hall (Mudong), an outdoor courtyard, and a separate annex (Mokdong). In the outdoor courtyard, there is an artificial waterfall where visitors can enjoy 'water meditation.' Mumok offers ceramic works created in collaboration with craft artists, along with beverages and desserts served on afternoon tea wooden plates. Signature menu items include the Korean fusion afternoon tea set 'Mumok Jeong Plate,' homemade 'Mitarashi Dango' with house-made sauce, and 'Mumok Yeonhwa'—a hojicha milk tea topped with lotus leaf cream. Particularly, tea varieties such as 'Cinnamon Ginger,' 'Green Tea,' and 'Fruity Az' are exclusively blended and available only at Mumok. All desserts and beverages are carefully handmade, and the menu is updated seasonally. Located in the quiet village of Dugok-dong on the outskirts of Busan, visitors can enjoy Korean desserts and tea in a serene atmosphere for a leisurely time.
