Miso Park

Located on the way from Wando Arboretum to the Cheonghae Port filming set, this small park offers a view of the sea. It is not a space with various facilities, but a lookout point with a small pavilion and deck on a hill, providing a view of the Wando sea and islands. With its outstanding coastal scenery, Miso Park features smiling sculptures that naturally bring a smile to visitors' faces. Although it has become a popular travel destination known for its famous sunset views, it is not crowded, allowing visitors to fully enjoy the quiet and peaceful scenery. Additionally, this location was a filming site for the JTBC drama "Sacred, Divorce" starring Cho Seung-woo. From Daeshin-ri in Wando-eup to Daemun-ri in Gunoe-myeon, National Route 77 offers expansive sea views and beautiful coastal scenery, making it ideal for a drive. As of 2023, Wando-gun is creating the Garipo Sunset Road along a 6km section of National Route 77. The Garipo Sunset Road is a tourism belt that connects the Sosaepo film set in Wando and the Wando Arboretum, which will become the National Warm-Temperate Arboretum, allowing visitors to enjoy the natural scenery of the archipelago. This section includes Miso Park, Gaetbaram Park, and Ilmol Park.
