MieO Tokyo Dining

MieO Tokyo Dining is located in Seongsu-dong with the theme of a traditional Japanese Western-style restaurant. 'MieO' is also the name of the owner chef, but in Korean it means 'my own.' All dishes are made using recipes the chef learned during 30 years of life in Tokyo, focusing on authentic Japanese hamburg steak and chicken steak. Various sauces such as demi-glace sauce and Wafu sauce are handmade. Meals are served as a basic gozen (main dish, rice, soup, salad, dessert). Additionally, ingredients are carefully selected from each region and prepared in daily-use quantities.
