Mijin Bunsik

Dongseong-ro Mijin Bunsik is a long-established institution in Daegu's bunsik scene, beloved by people for over 40 years. The menu consists of only four items: kimbap, udon, jjolmyeon, and bibim udon, but all four are popular. Although Mijin Bunsik officially put up its signboard in 1978, it had been operating even before that, boasting a history of well over 40 years. Currently, the main branch is run by the son, and the 228 branch is run by the youngest daughter, continuing the family legacy. All menu items are available for takeout, and many customers order to go.
