Bak Ssogari

In a clean area of the upper reaches of the Namhan River, a first-grade water source, fresh fish such as wild mandarin fish caught by fishing in summer and pollution-free vegetables grown in the garden are used for cooking. In particular, in Chungcheongbuk-do, they participated in a local food competition and won the grand prize by presenting Danyang Ssogari Maeuntang (spicy mandarin fish stew). Bak Ssogari Maeuntang includes yellowhead catfish, making it neither too spicy nor too bland, and the broth is excellent.
