Destination briefing
Why travelers stop here
Every dawn, fresh chickens are brought in and meticulously cleaned. Then, they are stuffed with immune-boosting and anti-cancer medicinal mushrooms, astragalus, ginseng, jujubes, ginger, and fragrant glutinous rice, with various nuts added to create a deep savory flavor—this is the unique cooking method of Baekse Samgyetang. To achieve a thick broth, it must be stirred constantly; otherwise, it quickly sticks or burns, so the staff cannot take their eyes off it even for a moment. After boiling for 50 minutes, the pot is left to rest for 10 minutes to produce a chewy texture. This place repeats a verified process to maintain consistent taste and temperature in each earthenware pot. It has a spacious parking lot accommodating up to 60 cars simultaneously, and the indoor space can hold up to 170 seats for group entry. Separate halls for 8, 24, 32, 42, and 70 seats are also prepared for gatherings.
