According to the 「Seoul Metropolitan City Urban Park Ordinance and Enforcement Rules」, the site is available not only to residents of Gangdong-gu but to all citizens of Seoul. There are deck sites with pre-installed tents, allowing visitors to enjoy camping even without sufficient equipment. Internet reservation is required before use.
