Before departure date
After booking on Holiday Tour, you will receive a confirmation email containing your mobile voucher, meeting point, and departure time. Please save the voucher offline in case of poor signal.
Please ensure the traveler's name matches their passport. For ski, theme park, or ferry itineraries, please note the additional details listed on the product page (rental sizes, children's ages, etc.).
Seoul Meeting Points
Most Gyeonggi and Gangwon day tours depart from central Seoul pickup areas, commonly near subway stations such as Hongdae, Myeongdong, and Dongdaemun History & Culture Park, depending on the product.
Please arrive 10 minutes early. The bus departs on time. Look for the Holiday Tour sign or a guide holding a sign with your tour name from your voucher.
Same-Day Check-In
Show your mobile voucher (printed copy optional). The guide will check the booking number and seat. Unless otherwise specified, the return trip uses the same bus or meeting point.
