***If the date and time of your reservation for the Gangchon Rail Bike differ from the requested Date and time, please contact customer service. (Email: cs@hday.kr)
***Extra Caution: Travelers who book the 12:00pm session are recommended to arrive at the location of experience before 12:00pm, otherwise, there may be no staff on-site due to the lunch break.
Please arrive at the ticket office 30 minutes before boarding and exchange the actual ticket with the Booking ID RS******.
Bike tours will still operate on rainy days, unless heavy storms prevent operation.
If don\'t follow the experience time, such as traffic jam or incorrect subway boarding, it won\'t be a reason for a refund.
Please refrain from unnecessary activities such as sudden stop, unauthorized disembarkation, and mischief with the person next to you.
Be careful not to get your hands or feet stuck in the rotating area of the chain or the wheel.
Please maintain a safe distance of at least 20m to prevent collision with rail bikes in the front and back
No drinking or smoking while driving a rail bike.
If the ticket is lost, boarding or refund is not allowed.
In principle, infants under 36 months old are not allowed to board.
It cannot exceed the capacity of 2 or 4 passengers.
