Due to luggage restrictions, airport transfers are only available for 1-6 pax package bookings

A grace period of 90 mins applies to airport pickup
The grace period starts from the flight arrival, please note that exceeding the grace period will incur surcharges. A surcharge of KRW:15,000/hr applies to overtime service. Please note that service under 1 hr will be considered as 1 hr, fees are to be paid on-site in cash directly to the driver
A grace period of 30 mins applies to airport drop-off. Please note that Refunds can't be issued and service for any participants who are late by 30 mins or more

All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
Child seat : KRW 15000 per seat (One car is limited to one)
Hotel pick up and drop off service : Different hotel pick up or Additional stops : KRW 20,000 per stop
Over time : an hourly fee of KRW 30,000 is required for overtime
Car Charter Service time : (07:00am-22:00pm)，If you book a non-service time period, an additional fee will be charged KRW50,000／Hour
In the event of a change in itinerary or cancellation due to traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, please contact customer service
Please note that the driver will not enter the attractions with you
