[Bukak Skyway] Haneul Madang ~ Haneul Maru

Bukak Skyway refers to a walking trail created along the ridge and foothills of Bukaksan Mountain, located in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul. This section was used in 1968 by Kim Shin-jo and 30 other armed North Korean commandos in an attempt to raid the Blue House, and was closed to civilians until it was reopened 42 years later. Because it was untouched by human footsteps for a long time, the forest is dense and the natural ecosystem is diverse. Bukak Skyway consists of three walking trails and a skyway. Each course showcases different scenery and views, exuding its own charm, and the trails go up and down, giving a thrilling feeling like riding a roller coaster. The highlight of Bukak Skyway is the fantastic view from various observation decks. Standing on an observation deck, the forest opens up and the vast sky of Seoul spreads out. Among these, the Bukak Skyway course runs from Haneul Madang → Bukakjeong → Damojeong → Supmaru → Haneul Maru, with a total length of 3,200m.
