Myeonmok Market

A traditional market located among the residential areas of Myeonmok-dong, Jungnang-gu, Seoul. Opened in 1968, it boasts the longest history in Jungnang-gu. It is a commercial building-type market with about 35 shops gathered in a single-story building. Due to the high density of housing in the area, there are many long-term residents, contributing to the popularity of this traditional market. It is a market frequented by many people for its famous restaurants serving noodles, cold noodles, and sundae soup, as well as various shops selling a wide range of products.
