Uraeeok

Located in Euljiro, Uraeeok is a Pyongyang naengmyeon specialty restaurant that opened in 1946 and remains a popular destination for cold noodles. Its signature dish is Pyongyang naengmyeon, and it also offers bulgogi to eat with the noodles, as well as onmyeon (hot noodles). It has been selected for the Michelin Guide in 2017, 2020, and 2023. Unlike other Pyongyang naengmyeon restaurants, it adds a bit more seasoning, making it approachable for beginners. It has been featured on various shows, including the entertainment program 'Wednesday Food Talk,' and appears frequently in the media. It is located about 100 meters from Exit 4 of Euljiro 4-ga Station on Seoul Subway Line 2 and Line 5.
