Doilcheo

Doilcheo is a Chinese restaurant located at the entrance of Gimpo International Airport, opened in 1966. The popular menu item is Dongpo pork, which is made by boiling whole pork belly with star anise for 4 hours and served with bok choy and steamed buns. In addition to Dongpo pork, there are unique dishes such as Gochu Kkongbau Gabeo, also known as squid sweet and sour pork, and Rapunggi Malgi, which is made by rolling chicken breast and vegetables, frying them, and tossing them in a special chili sauce. Alongside traditional Chinese dishes, fusion dishes like Gochu Kkongbau Gabeo, stir-fried with chili peppers, cashews, and squid, are also available.
