Myeongpum Gisa Sikdang Ttukdari Kimchi Jjigae

Located between Gildong Station and Gubeundari Station in Gangdong-gu, Seoul, Myeongpum Gisa Sikdang Ttukdari Kimchi Jjigae is a restaurant that sells only a single menu item: kimchi jjigae. Ttukdari is thought to be a compound word of kimchi pot and pork leg. It is famous for providing taxi drivers with the best meal, featuring kimchi jjigae made with sour aged kimchi, rice served until satisfied, and a fast turnover rate. The crunchy bean sprouts and dried radish salad served as side dishes are also popular for their taste. It is a 10-minute walk from Exit 1 of Gildong Station on Subway Line 5.
