Dongwonjip

This is a specialty restaurant for gamjatang (pork bone soup) and sundae-guk (blood sausage soup) located in an alley near Seoul City Hall. There are three types of sundae-guk: spicy sundae-guk, sundae-guk with only blood sausage, and regular sundae-guk. The sundae-guk has a clear broth, and the meat inside is chewy and tender. Dip the blood sausage and meat in salted shrimp sauce. To enjoy the sundae-guk even more, instructions on the ratio of salted shrimp sauce, seasoning, perilla seeds, and pepper are written in the restaurant.
