This place uses pure ingredients such as beef leg bones, cartilage, cow feet, and brisket, boiled for 20 hours in a traditional cauldron. The signature menu items of Yangcheonok Seolleongtang are Wanggalbitang (king rib soup) and Doganitang (cartilage soup). There are various soups such as Ugeoji Seonji Haejangguk (hangover soup with greens and blood), Teuk Seolleongtang (special seolleongtang), Kkori Gomtang (oxtail soup), and Ujoktang (cow feet soup), as well as various boiled pork slices, steamed dishes, and Makguksu (bibim/mul/hoe).
