Seongsu Ilmirak

Seongsu Ilmirak is a fresh meat specialty restaurant located in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. If using the subway, it is close to Exit 4 of Ttukseom Station on Line 2. The signature menu items include aged fermented whole pork neck and whole pork belly, as well as direct-fire fermented seasoned pork ribs and direct-fire gochujang pork belly. The gabri-sal and neck meat fermented with salt koji are tender and have a deep, rich meat flavor, pairing well with truffle oil and various sauces.
