Bubu Hoejip

Bubu Hoejip is a raw fish restaurant located near Songpanaru Station. The owner personally goes to Goseong-gun, Gangwon-do early in the morning to bring back fresh live fish procured through a bid under the supervision of the Suhyup (Fisheries Cooperative) and serves them to customers. The representative menu includes sweet and sour Gajin-hang Mulhoe (spicy raw fish soup). In addition, there are dishes made from 100% naturally caught live fish such as flatfish, summer flounder, rockfish, black rockfish, black sea bream, filefish, pufferfish, skipjack tuna, mullet, octopus, sea squirt, sea cucumber, sea urchin, as well as Samsuk-i spicy stew, monkfish spicy stew, mixed small fish spicy stew, Doci Duruchigi (stir-fried fish), and Gomchi-tang (spicy fish stew).
