Mokran

Mokran is a Chinese restaurant directly operated by Chef Lee Yeon-bok, famous for Chinese cuisine. It operates on a reservation-only basis and uses a three-story standalone building, offering a large and spacious setting for private dining with companions. Signature dishes include dongpo pork and shrimp toast, which have been frequently featured on TV programs. Dongpo pork is made from fresh pork belly through a cooking process of over six hours, while shrimp toast is a dish made by placing minced shrimp meat between bread and frying it. Additionally, various Chinese dishes are available, such as Mongolian beef, a sweet and savory beef dish with a soy sauce base; mala beef, a stir-fried beef dish with mala sauce; and spicy yu xiang donggu, which features minced shrimp meat steamed on shiitake mushrooms and seasoned with yu xiang sauce.
