Yeonsero (Yonsei University Street)

Yonsei-ro, stretching from Sinchon Station on Subway Line 2 to Yonsei University, is the central street of Sinchon. Side streets branch out like roots from this road. After Seoul designated it as a 'Street to Walk' in 1999, the city carried out improvement projects such as street tree maintenance and installation of Sinchon street maps. Street performances are held here, allowing students and amateur artists to showcase their diverse talents, making it a plaza-like street full of youth and vitality. Various restaurants, fast food outlets, coffee shops, and stores are located here, and in the afternoon, street food can also be enjoyed. Across the road from Yonsei University, beautiful murals are painted.
