Baengnyeonok

Located on the roadside across from the Seoul Arts Center, Baengnyeonok is a tofu specialty restaurant that has been beloved since it opened in 1992. The interior, with its simple decor that fully reflects the passage of time since 1992, is divided into table seats and cushion seating areas. True to its reputation as a tofu specialty restaurant, it offers a variety of handmade tofu dishes made with beans brought from Gangwon Province, including kongbiji (soybean pulp stew), siraegi debiji (dried radish greens and soybean pulp stew), and fresh sundubu (soft tofu). Cold kongguksu (noodles in cold soybean soup) and pat kalguksu (red bean noodle soup) are also seasonal menu items made with healthy ingredients, providing comfort to visitors' stomachs.
