Destination briefing
Why travelers stop here
Samcheongdong Sujebi is located right next to the Samcheong-dong Community Service Center and has been in business since 1982. Its signature dishes are sujebi (hand-torn noodle soup) made with finely chopped pumpkin, clam meat, and potatoes, served in an earthenware pot, and potato pancakes made with 100% potatoes without any other ingredients. Recently introduced in a Japanese magazine, it is not uncommon to see Japanese visitors here, and it is always a popular restaurant where people line up to eat. Nearby tourist attractions in Seoul include Bukchon Hanok Village, the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and Deoksugung Palace.
