The popular menu item is yukkal, which consists of yukgaejang (spicy beef soup) made with brisket and beef bones, enhanced with Cheongyang chili powder and garlic for a spicy and deep flavor, served with soft and chewy kalguksu (hand-cut noodle) noodles. Ordering yukkal comes with yukgaejang and a large serving of kalguksu, while ordering yukgaejang comes with yukgaejang, a small serving of kalguksu, and a bowl of rice. A clear and deep broth seolleong kalguksu is also available separately. Additional kalguksu noodles can be ordered.
