[Century-Old Store] Jinmiok Seolleongtang

[Selected as a 'Century-Old Store' by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups in 2019]

This place has secured regular customers among local residents and market merchants with its rich and clean seolleongtang flavor, boiled using three large cauldrons. It also offers seolleongtang served warm by heating the earthenware pot and delivering the broth separately in a thermos. The seolleongtang, served bubbling in an earthenware pot, contains plenty of meat and somyeon (thin noodles), making it perfect for a hearty meal. In addition, it provides dishes such as doganitang (beef knee cartilage soup), someoritang (ox head soup), and kkoritang (oxtail soup). Efforts have been made to secure customer trust through an open kitchen and interior renovations, and the store contributes to the local community by donating seolleongtang to elderly people living alone, receiving a plaque of appreciation from the district office.
