Original Sugure

Original Sugure is a restaurant located near Magok Station in Gangseo-gu, Seoul. The establishment is situated on a narrow alley and does not have its own parking lot. It is convenient to use public transportation when visiting. This place specializes in sugure stir-fry, a special part attached to the inside of cowhide. It has gained fame after being featured on TV food programs from various broadcasters. The interior is not very spacious. Round tables and chairs are arranged in a compact layout to accommodate more customers. The representative menu items include Nakji Sugure (large, medium, small), Sugure (large, medium, small), Nakji Stir-fry, and Dakbal (chicken feet).
