Sugi Beach

Sugi Beach is located on Sido, a small island with a total area of 2.4㎢ between Yeongjongdo and Ganghwado. It was the site of the KBS popular drama 'Full House' set, which was the main stage of the drama, but the set has now been demolished. On weekdays, it has a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, but on weekends and holidays, it is crowded with family day-trippers and campers. The beach is small and clean, and it is well-equipped with various facilities such as restrooms, sinks, and pavilions, making it a popular spot for family campers. Sugi Beach has fine sand and shallow water, making it great for children to play, and when the tide goes out, visitors can experience tidal flat activities. To reach Sido, take a ferry from Yeongjongdo to Sindo, then travel by car or bicycle. Sido is connected to Sindo and Modo by a land bridge, so you can explore all three islands by car or on foot. You can also visit the nearby Baemikkumi Sculpture Park and Modori Coastal Trail around the tidal flats.
