Destination briefing
Why travelers stop here
Located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Buyeong Park was created in 2002 on a site that had been used as the US Army Camp Market for 28 years since 1945. It is also a modern and contemporary historical site that was once used as an anti-communist prisoner-of-war camp (in 1953). There are well-maintained walking trails through the forest, and family vegetable gardens that can be cultivated after being allocated by the Bupyeong-gu Office. Sports facilities include a baseball field, a grass soccer field, and badminton courts, and it is a place where baseball games for adults are frequently held. As a cultural and artistic space, there is an outdoor performance hall with about 3,000 seats and a historical experience area.
