Incheon Upcycle Eco Center

Incheon Upcycle Eco Center is an environmental culture education and experience facility that provides integrated environmental literacy education, 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) lifestyle education, and natural ecology experiences in the city. Based on the vision of 'realizing a resource-circulating society through building an eco-platform,' the center aims to create a sustainable community and spread a culture of environmental practice. To this end, it expands customized resource-circulation education services and operates platforms that citizens can directly use, such as a goods sharing center, a upcycling store (Almaeng Store), and can/pet bottle collection machines, encouraging resource-circulation practices in daily life. Additionally, it revitalizes the circular economy by fostering upcycling companies and expanding material banks, spreading a waste ZERO culture that citizens can feel. Furthermore, it is establishing a leading resource-circulation platform for carbon neutrality, laying the foundation for local environmental protection and sustainable development. The center collaborates with citizens, businesses, and organizations to create tangible changes toward a resource-circulating society.
