[Ganghwa Nadeul-gil Course 4] Sunset Village Path

Ganghwa Nadeul-gil refers to a trail that connects the forts (dondae) located every 1.3 km along the coast, the path linking Ganghwasanseong Fortress, and the route encircling the Goryeo royal tombs. It is a path where you can enjoy nature such as mountains, fields, and the sea, along with cultural heritage sites. The Sunset Village Path is a section that connects Garreung to Mangyangdondae over 11.5 km. It is a popular course among couples as it offers views of the Oepori salted shrimp market and the sunset at Mangyangdondae. Starting from Garreung and passing through Neungnae-ri and Hail-ri, it is an ordinary rural path, but discovering your own unique impressions is part of the charm of walking. Entering Geonpyeong Naru, you can enjoy the harbor scenery, the spectacle of seagulls, the sunset glow, and the whirlpools of the rising tide.
