Gajwa Market

Gajwa Market is a traditional market formed in the early 1970s, with about 150 stores operating over an area of approximately 2,900㎡. In October 2021, an arcade was installed throughout the market, allowing convenient shopping regardless of weather. You can enjoy seasonal vegetables, fish, seafood, and butcher shops, as well as various foods such as fish cakes, traditional yugwa, hangwa, and handmade tteokgalbi. The number of visitors to the market has increased further since Manse Gimbap, introduced on the TV program Baek Jong-won's Alley Restaurant, moved to Gajwa Market in June 2020.
