Dodam Seolleongtang

Dodam Seolleongtang is located behind the Yuldo Park soccer field and cargo truck parking lot within the Bukhang Timber Complex in Incheon. It uses a broth base made by simmering domestic beef bones and mixed bones in a cauldron. The domestic beef brisket is boiled thoroughly in a cauldron, resulting in tender, melt-in-your-mouth meat.
