[100-Year-Old Store] Sinpo Sundae

[Selected as a '100-Year-Old Store' by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups in 2019] Sinpo Sundae has maintained and passed down the traditional taste for 36 years over two generations. It is a sundae specialty restaurant where you can enjoy various types of sundae, such as curry sundae and spicy sundae. Additionally, instead of using standard-sized pigs (6 months old), they use only the leg bones and backbone of mother pigs aged over 3 years to brew a much richer and deeper broth. The glutinous rice sundae is made with 56% glutinous rice, 28% glass noodles, and 16% vegetables. The side dishes, kimchi and kkakdugi, are handmade. On the second floor of the store, agricultural machinery and antiques are displayed, so you can enjoy not only delicious sundae but also things to see.
