The soccer field can also be used for events other than games, and the park includes not only sports facilities but also a relaxing park area. The plaza features a statue of Hanwoo (Korean native cattle), symbolizing the local specialty, and various animal sculptures reminiscent of a zoo. Gaegun-myeon has a cluster of Cornus officinalis flowers, and Hanwoo is famous, so the Yangpyeong Cornus Hanwoo Festival is held at the park every early April.
