Baengmiri Tidal Flat Experience Center

Located in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province, Baengmiri Village is a beautiful fishing village with a stunning sea and an endless tidal flat. The tidal flat is especially rich in clams, making it great for children to experience. True to its nickname 'Village of a Hundred Flavors,' Baengmiri Village is famous for spring webfoot octopus, summer small octopus, autumn king prawns, and gizzard shad. In particular, the kalguksu (noodle soup) made with clams freshly gathered from the Baengmiri tidal flat and the mudskipper braised dish are exceptional delicacies.
