Why travelers stop here
A natural park located in Yeoju-si, Gyeonggi-do. Yangseom is an artificial island created as part of the Four Major Rivers Project. Situated in the middle of the Namhan River, this island covers an area of approximately 400,000㎡. It was originally operated as an auto-camping and car camping site near Sejong Bridge in Yeoju, but it is now a national park where camping and cooking are prohibited, making it a picnic spot for visitors. Yangseom features a grass park, a multi-purpose plaza, a tree-lined street, rest areas, a baseball field, and bicycle paths. Its proximity to Seoul and various amenities make it an ideal weekend getaway for visitors.
