Seoul Grand Park Forest Bathing Trail

The Seoul Grand Park Forest Bathing Trail can be accessed via the zoo management road, entering through the Australia Pavilion entrance or the North Gate entrance. The total length is 7 km, taking approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.

The forest bathing trail starts at the Australia Pavilion entrance and passes through 12 themed forests: the forest with Fairy Pond, the acacia forest, the forest with nature, the ice valley forest, the observatory, the thinking forest, the resting forest, the Wonai forest, the reading forest, the chestnut forest, the socializing forest, and the pine forest, before descending to the North Gate entrance. Alternatively, you can start from the North Gate entrance and hike in the opposite direction. First-time visitors can use three side paths (South America Pavilion side path, reservoir side path, and predator house side path) along the forest bathing trail to adjust the hiking course to about 1 hour.
