Ssam-i-mat

Ssam-i-mat is a Korean restaurant located in Makgye-dong, Gwacheon-si, Gyeonggi-do. The signature menu is ssambap (rice wrapped in lettuce) with stir-fried Korean pork (han-don) and spicy sauce. It is served with stir-fried Korean pork, chicken kalguksu (noodle soup) with cauliflower mushroom, and ssamjang (dipping sauce) with freshwater snails. Ssam vegetables, side dishes, and rice are available unlimited from the self-service bar. The ssam vegetables change seasonally, offering a variety of fresh seasonal greens. In addition to ssambap with stir-fried Korean pork, there are also ssambap with Korean beef bulgogi or boiled Korean pork (suyuk). Additionally, you can enjoy dishes such as pork cutlet, pizza, and yukgaejang (spicy beef soup). The interior is spacious and comfortable, with room seating available. There are outdoor tables in a well-maintained garden where you can relax after your meal. A large dedicated parking lot is available in front of the restaurant for convenient access.
