Dodeuramsan (Jeomyeongsan)

Located near the Icheon Rest Area on the Jungbu Expressway, Dodeuramsan (Jeomyeongsan) is about 349m high, not very tall, but the three peaks at the summit form exquisite rock formations, making it a famous mountain in Icheon that attracts many hikers. The main ridge is composed of rocks, and the entire trail is dirt, allowing you to enjoy the charm of hiking, while deck boards are laid in some sections, making the climb not too difficult. Dodeuramsan has a single simple course: Parking lot → Yeongbosa Temple → 1st Peak, 2nd Peak, 3rd Peak → Summit → Pig Cave → Mineral Spring → Parking lot, taking about 2-3 hours. It is a place for a light hike of about 2.5km; the distance from the parking lot to the summit is only 1.08km, but there are no flat sections, only slopes, with viewpoints along the way, so it takes about 1 hour to ascend while enjoying the views. The summit is open and offers good views. Many people hike Dodeuramsan together with Seolbongsan Mountain to the east, and after the hike, they can visit the nearby Anheung Resort in the city to relax with a hot spring bath.
