Namhansanseong Traditional Food Village is a traditional food street located near the Namhansanseong World Heritage Center on Namhansanseong-ro, Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do. Since the Three Kingdoms period, Namhansanseong has been a key military stronghold in Korean history, serving as a defense bastion from King Seonjo to King Sunjo of the Joseon Dynasty, completed during the reign of the 16th king, King Injo, with over 300 years of history as a precious cultural heritage. As a UNESCO World Heritage site, it offers abundant sights, and around Namhansanseong, there are many places where you can experience traditional Korean houses and culture, evoking a traditional atmosphere. This area, with about 70 food establishments built in traditional hanok style, offers traditional dishes such as rice, acorn jelly, native chicken, and braised chicken. You can enjoy a Korean set meal while admiring the beautiful scenery of the hanok, and it is a place where visitors continuously flock to appreciate the beautiful natural landscapes throughout the four seasons.
