Asia Park

Asia Park was created in preparation for the 1986 Asian Games along with the construction of the athletes' village and press village apartment complexes, and is adjacent to various sports facilities such as the Seoul Sports Complex. In a large green space filled with various trees and flowers such as pine trees and jujube trees, there are nature and light sculptures, an outdoor performance stage, a square of poetry and painting, the Songpa Culture and Arts Center, and the Buri Island Monument, making it widely used as a cultural and resting space for residents. The Culture and Arts Center plans and disseminates local cultural projects to foster a sense of community and resident unity, expanding residents' cultural participation opportunities through diverse cultural events and educational lectures, and is widely used as a cultural and resting space that contributes to the promotion of culture and arts.
