Daengigol Traditional Food Street

Daengigol, known for its village shape resembling a maiden's hair ribbon (daenggi), is located in Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do. It became a food village in the 1990s as restaurants began to appear one by one. Gyeonggi-do designated it as a food culture pilot street in 2005. Visitors can enjoy a variety of dishes such as grilled duck, ribs, grilled eel, seafood stew, traditional tea, and jjamppong. The area is lined with famous eateries that have gained popularity by word of mouth, ensuring a steady stream of visitors. A free public parking lot is available at the entrance, making access more convenient.
