Galsan Park

Galsan is the old name of Yangpyeong-eup, derived from the abundance of arrowroot vines. The Yangpyeong Living Sports Park, located along the Namhan River, is also called Galsan Park. It is a park 1km from Yangpyeong Station and is famous as a cherry blossom spot. There is a 10.8km trekking course called 'Mulsori-gil' from Yangpyeong Station to Wondeok Station. The walking path along the Namhan River is also part of a bicycle path. The park is easily accessible by public transportation or bicycle. Within the sports park, there are facilities such as a soccer field, gateball court, badminton court, and table tennis court. Additionally, the Yangpyeong Five-Day Market is held about 2km away, where you can explore a traditional market.
